    As long as the product(s) you purchased hasn't left the warehouse, you may change the shipping address for your order.

    So please make sure you entered your shipping address correctly at the checkout page. When a product is returned to our warehouse due to customer's incorrect shipping information, we will charge you shipping fees to re-send the item(s).

    If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery, please do not throw away the parcel, its packaging, or cover in which the product came as our courier needs to inspect it.

    You may be asked to take, and send us photographs of the product(s), then we will organize the return of the product for inspection, and will endeavor to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

    Promotional/Discount codes can be redeemed by entering the promotional code into the Discount Box at the Checkout Page (above Subtotal, Shipping, Taxes, & Total).

    After the code is entered, you will see the discount/promotion has been applied to your order, and the total amount has been discounted.

    Only one promotional code can be used per order.
    We have several warehouse locations in the US & some offshore, and for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
    No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us.

    All orders are scanned and checked to make sure orders are fulfilled correctly. Please inspect the merchandise carefully for any damages or defects upon receiving the item.

    You may be asked to take, and send us photographs of the product based on your claim, or reason as to why you would want the product returned.

    Any damaged or defective product should be reported within 5 business days upon receipt.

    Failure to do so within the time specified may result in forfeiture of credit for damaged or defective item.

    Refund will be given as money back.

    Customer pays for return shipping, and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

    For an item to be returned, it must be:

    • In the same condition that you received it.
