This Return/Refund Policy governs purchases made through the website. Please read these terms and conditions before placing your order. By placing your order online, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions.


No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us.

All orders are scanned and checked to make sure orders are fulfilled correctly. Please inspect the merchandise carefully for any damages or defects upon receiving the item. You may be asked to take, and send us photographs of the product based on your claim, or reason as to why you would want the product returned.

Any damaged or defective product should be reported within 5 business days upon receipt. Failure to do so within the time specified may result in forfeiture of credit for damaged or defective item

For what reasons can I return an item?

  • DEFECTIVE - items not working properly or malfunctioning
  • NOT AS ADVERTISED - any description that does not match with the physical item
  • WRONG ITEM - you received an incorrect product
  • DAMAGED - broken items, broken pieces, etc.
Change of mind, or you bought the wrong size, is NOT applicable as a return reason.

    How to return:

    1. Returns must be made within 7 days after delivery date.
    2. Contact us, and send us a clear picture showing the defective product together with the shipping label of the package.
    3. We will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.

    Shipping Returns:

    Please ship your package using the carrier of your choice. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using ground shipping, purchasing optional insurance, and obtaining a tracking number. 

    Once we receive & process your returned item(s), we will refund your order & notify you via e-mail.

    Processing time typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
